We want you and your dog to be happy with your order.If you have any problem with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.
Cancelling an order
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Some online purchases have a legal 14 day cancellation period. however certain food products may be excluded from this right including products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us and we will confirm weather the cancellation can be accepted and what refund arrangements apply.
Dog treates
For health and safety reasons, opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned.
If your treats arrive damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method where possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
